SUPPLEMENTAL WRITING ORDER FORM

I understand that Summit Estimating is not a licensed adjuster company and are not able to act as such. I understand Summit Estimating does not employee Public Adjusters. I agree to hire Summit Estimating to assist in settling the scope of work associated with the referenced insurance claim. I agree that Summit Estimating works for me, the purchaser and will make revisions per my request and direction. I agree to take all responsibility and liability associated with settling this supplement. I agree to the Pricing as outlined in the pricing section of the Summit Estimating website. I understand, that in rare instances, settling a supplement may take longer than outlined or expected. I agree to hold Summit Estimating harmless in the event it takes longer than outlined to reach an agreement between Summit Estimating and the Insurance provider. If a supplement is settled and I want it re-opened, I understand It will be treated as a new supplement and new fees will be applied. I understand I will be charged $300 upon placing the order for the supplementing process to begin. I understand that the balance due, if any, will be charged to the same card I paid the $300 on once an agreed scope and price has been met (between the carrier and Summit Estimating) and prior to releasing the approved supplement to the customer. I agree to pay attorney fees, court costs, and 18% interest on any balance owed if payment is not rendered upon completion of supplement negotiations.
